We store our wines in temperature-controlled cellars, and our premises are always air conditioned. We cannot be responsible for wines after they leave our possession, we do not know if the wines got exposed to heat or cold.

Prices listed may change in case of price increases. Offers are limited to items in stock. Quantities may be limited. We are not responsible for typographical errors. We offer UPS shipping. Shipping prices does not include the price of insulated Styrofoam shippers. You may use your own account with any carrier. Party House does not charge anything extra for shipping .

Because weather conditions can change drastically at any time, we assume no liability for damage caused by changes in weather during transportation. The buyer assumes all risks with regards to this issue. Party House and UPS are not responsible for damaged wines due to weather conditions.
